1. Definitions

• "IDA GameZone" refers to the gaming network and services provided under Azokle Private Limited.
• "Publisher" refers to any party embedding games, using white-label portals, or promoting content via IDA GameZone.
• "Developer" refers to the original creator or rights holder of a game.
• "User" refers to players, visitors, or end-users accessing the games or platform.

2. Publisher Revenue Share

We offer two monetization models:

• Embed Model:
  • 45% – Developer
  • 10% – IDA GameZone
  • 45% – Publisher
• White-Label Portal Model:
  • In-game revenue: 50% – Developer / 50% – IDA GameZone
  • Portal-based revenue (ads): 50% – IDA GameZone / 50% – Publisher

Revenue will be distributed based on verified reports from our analytics/ad partners. Payout thresholds and timelines will be mentioned in the publisher dashboard.

3. Allowed Use

• Publishers may:
  • Embed games via iframe or widget
  • Link to games with proper attribution
• Publishers may not:
  • Modify games
  • Overlay ads or block in-game ads
  • Remove credits, logos, or branding
  • Auto-download or scrape content via bots/scripts

4. Branding and Attribution

• All games must maintain the IDA GameZone credit line and developer attribution.
• White-label partners may customize portal design but must not remove “Powered by IDA GameZone” credit unless an agreement exists.

5. API Usage

API access is publicly available at: https://api.idagamezone.com

• Fair use policies apply.
• Abuse, scraping, or excessive calls without caching may result in key suspension or IP ban.

6. Blacklisted Countries

IDA GameZone does not provide services to countries with hostile or non-cooperative relations with India.

Currently blacklisted countries include:

• Pakistan
• North Korea
• Afghanistan (under Taliban rule)
• Any other country India officially bans trade/tech relations with

IDA GameZone reserves the right to deny services to any country or entity at its sole discretion without notice.

7. Content and Liability

• We only partner with verified game providers.
• No user-generated content uploads are allowed.
• All games are licensed commercially and reviewed for security.
• IDA GameZone is not responsible for third-party misuse of embedded content outside our network.

8. Ad Policy

• Ad overlays or ad-blocking on embedded games or white-label portals are strictly prohibited.
• Violations will result in account suspension or frozen revenue.

9. Data Collection and Privacy

• We use privacy-first tools such as Azokle Analytics and Umami.
• No personally identifiable data is collected from players.
• Publishers must follow privacy laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

10. Termination & Suspension

• We may terminate or suspend access if:
  • Terms are violated
  • Content is misused
  • Fraud or illegal activity is detected
• 7-day written notice will be provided unless it's a severe case.

• All games and content available on IDA GameZone are provided by verified third-party developers and licensors under appropriate agreements.
• IDA GameZone does not claim ownership over externally submitted or embedded content.
• All trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the platform belong to their respective owners.
• Unauthorized modification, redistribution, or reuse of any content is strictly prohibited.

2. Accuracy of Information

• We aim to provide accurate and current information regarding games, descriptions, and metadata.
• However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of third-party submissions or data.
• Users and publishers should verify all information before use or publication.

3. Platform Liability

• IDA GameZone operates as a distribution and monetization portal, not a game developer or direct host in most cases.
• We are not liable for any damage, harm, or loss caused by use of third-party games or services.
• All games are offered “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties of any kind.

4. Developer & Publisher Responsibility

• Developers are responsible for the originality and legality of their submitted content.
• Publishers must comply with our Publisher Policy and are liable for their content and advertising practices.

5. API & Third-Party Usage

• Access to our public API is granted to authorized developers and partners only.
• Misuse, scraping, or republishing API data without permission is prohibited.
• We are not liable for third-party platforms using our data unless officially endorsed.

6. Ads & Monetization

• Games and portals may include third-party ads.
• We are not responsible for ad content, claims, or practices of external advertisers.
• Ad overlays or violations of our ad policy by publishers are not permitted.

7. International Access & Legal Compliance

• IDA GameZone may block or restrict access to non-compliant or hostile regions.
• Currently unsupported countries: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Pakistan, and others restricted by India.
• We follow all applicable local and international laws in the regions we operate.

8. No Guarantee of Availability

• We may modify, restrict, or remove any feature, game, or service at any time without notice.
• No guarantees are made for uptime, performance, or uninterrupted access.

9. User Conduct

• Misuse, abuse, illegal activity, scraping, or hacking will result in immediate suspension or access ban.
• We fully cooperate with law enforcement for any violations.

10. Changes to Disclaimer

This disclaimer may be updated at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes means you accept the updated version.

1. Overview

IDA GameZone respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users, publishers, developers, and partners to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted a policy to address and respond to claims of copyright infringement.

If you believe your copyrighted content is being used on IDA GameZone without proper authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as outlined below.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a valid DMCA takedown request, your written notification must include the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• A direct link (URL) or enough information to identify the allegedly infringing material.
• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe a DMCA notice was filed in error or that you have the legal right to use the material, you may file a counter-notification that includes:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location.
• Identification of the removed content and its original location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was mistakenly removed.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 14 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

Users, publishers, or developers who repeatedly infringe on copyrights may have their accounts terminated or be permanently banned from the IDA GameZone platform.

5. Good Faith & False Claims

Filing a false DMCA claim is a violation of law. Fraudulent or abusive notices will be reported and may result in legal liability.

6. Third-Party Game Providers

IDA GameZone collaborates only with verified and legally contracted game developers and distributors. All submitted content is assumed to be properly licensed. If any third-party content is found to be in violation, it will be removed upon verification.

7. Content Removal Timeline

All valid DMCA notices will be reviewed and acted upon within 7 business days, with a possible extension of up to 14 days in exceptional cases. Submitters will be notified upon action.

1. Eligibility for Publishers

• Own or manage a website, app, or platform suitable for hosting/embedding HTML5 games.
• Agree to comply with all terms in this Publisher Policy.
• Maintain a secure and user-friendly environment on your platform.

2. Allowed Use

You may display IDA GameZone games using the following methods:

• iFrame Embedding (recommended and preferred)
• Widget Integration provided by IDA GameZone
• Linkback Embed with direct play redirect to our domain

Restrictions:

• Do not modify game code.
• Do not host games directly on your servers unless provided through a white-label arrangement.
• Do not auto-play games without user interaction.

3. Revenue Share Model

🕹 If You Embed Games (Standard Use):

• Developer: 45%
• IDA GameZone: 10%
• Publisher: 45%

🌐 If IDA GameZone Provides a White-Label Portal:

In-Game Revenue:

• Developer: 50%
• IDA GameZone: 50%

Portal Revenue (Ads on Portal):

• Publisher: 50%
• IDA GameZone: 50%

Note: Payments are calculated monthly and made once a minimum threshold (e.g., $50) is reached.

4. Ad Policy

• Use only approved ad providers or IDA GameZone’s native ads (if opted-in).
• Never place ad overlays or popup ads within or around the game iFrame.
• Never interrupt gameplay with third-party monetization methods (e.g., auto-redirects, forced clicks, malware).

Violation of ad policy will lead to immediate termination and blacklisting.

5. Branding and Attribution

• Do not remove the IDA GameZone watermark or credit line unless a white-label agreement exists.
• Use our logo and branding as-is in promotional material and listings.
• Branding misuse (modification, misrepresentation, false association) is strictly prohibited.

6. Content & Platform Restrictions

• Do not host our games on platforms containing or promoting hate speech, illegal content, pornography, or misinformation.
• Do not distribute our games in blacklisted countries/domains listed on https://idagamezone.com/policy/.
• Do not scrape or repackage our content using bots or tools.

7. Termination

• We may terminate access for any publisher who violates these terms.
• We may suspend or revoke revenue for publishers who engage in suspicious or malicious activity.
• We may terminate agreements with 7 days’ notice or immediately in case of breach.

8. Support and Disputes

• Publisher support requests will be answered within 5 business days (up to 14 in exceptional cases).
• Revenue disputes must be raised within 30 days of the payment issue date.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India, specifically:

• The Information Technology Act, 2000
• The Indian Contract Act, 1872

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Notification will be made via email or your publisher dashboard.

Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
